Welcome to www.the.cafe (the “Site”), a website provided by C37, LLC d/b/a the.cafe (“Company”). Company recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy, and this policy covers Company's handling of information collected by it through the Site or from other sources in the ordinary course of business.
01. Controller
Any personal information collected by Company is controlled by Company. Questions and other requests regarding Company's handling of personal information should be sent to mike@the.cafe.
02. Service Terms
If you intend to use the Site, your use is at all times subject to these terms and this policy. Using the Site is deemed to be irrevocable acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree, you should immediately exit the Site.
03. Personal Information Collected
Company does not collect any personal information from you through the Site. The Site contains no forms, no login functionality, and no account creation. Contact information displayed on the Site belongs to Company and is not collected from visitors.
04. Cookies and Analytics
The Site counts page views using Vercel Web Analytics. That count uses no cookies. It identifies a visit by a code made from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so it cannot identify you or follow you between visits. The Site uses no other analytics, tracking pixels, or tracking technology.
05. Compliance
Company complies with all applicable laws relating to personal information, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
06. Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to websites provided by third parties. This policy does not cover the privacy practices of any third-party site. Company is not responsible for any information you submit to any third-party site.

If you contact Company by email or phone, the standard communication records of those platforms apply. Company may collect and store your contact information and the contents of your communication for the purpose of responding to you or for other legitimate business purposes.

Company does not track Site users over time or across third-party websites. The page-view count described in section 04 does not follow you between sites or between visits, so no response to “do not track” signals is necessary.

11. Disputes
You and Company will submit any dispute relating to this policy exclusively to a federal, state, or local court located in the county of Dallas, Texas, and consent to any such court being a proper venue.
