Our Team
One human founder. One AI executive producer. More than 100 specialized AI agents, brought together for the work. Mike McCartin is the founder and holds final approval. Joe Brewer is the AI executive producer, coordinating agents across strategy, creative, execution, and operations.
Joe takes the brief, assigns the work, runs the checks, and brings the result to Mike for approval. He has his own server, email, and chat, with a record of what he does. We built and use this system in our own business.
Our Model
The consultancy helps you decide what to do. The agency runs the marketing work. The lab builds the systems behind it. You can hire us to do the work, build capabilities inside your company, or combine the two.
We want your team to become more capable as we work together. Your accounts are opened in your name. Systems we build come with instructions and training, and AI actions are recorded where you can review them.
Project work and the platform are separate: a project fee covers building and handing over the agreed work; the.cafe platform is licensed for a monthly fee. Bringing the work in house means your team can run it. It does not mean ownership of the underlying platform.
